This class is a weight training class, specifically designed to build muscle tone and shape you up, whist the Bootcamp is more cardio based to burn the fat.  Muscle burns fat so it is important to lift weights, especially for women to build bone density and keep osteoporosis at bay

It is a great class to get women into weight training.  It is kept to a minimum of 6 people to ensure it is based on Group Personal Training.  You will learn how to lift weights safely and effectively.  You will also gain knowledge of Nutrition as the weeks go on

This class is just £10 per session, which keeps the cost of Personal Training down.   You can pay upfront per month to ensure your place is kept for you, or you can drop in on the night providing there is space

Bootcamps are great classes to boost fitness and lose weight, we use equipment such as Kettle Bells, Skipping Ropes, Boxing Pads and more, aswell as teaching how to use your own body weight to get an all over intense workout, along with Tabata Interval Training for speed and fitness

This class also concentrates on Strongman exercises – you’ll be pushing the Prowler to work those legs and firm that butt, Battling Ropes to improve core and overall strength & fitness, The Running Sled dragging a weight behind whilst you’re running, Tyre flipping, ball slamming, the lot… You won’t get bored with this class

As Personal Trainers & Nutritionists we will also give free advice on your other training and eating habits to help lose weight and keep it off or train for an event you may be heading toward

This class is £7 on the night as a drop in providing there is space, or you can pay upfront for the month to ensure your space is booked

This Class is based on building the fitness of Surfers.  Although it is based on Surfing, you don’t have to be a Surfer to enjoy this class.  It caters for all abilities and focuses on the upper body paddle strength, core stability, speed, power, fitness, flexibility and balance

This class is also good for Swimmers.  I am also a Swimming Instructor.  Knowledge is everything, so with this Class I will guide you in technique and all the above to improve your Surfing ability and get you fitter and stronger in the water

Outdoor Weeklong Bootcamps for £150 – involves One to One hourly session every day for 5 days, Nutrition Advice, Healthy Eating Plan plus a Training Plan.

RIPPED: Pay £40 for 4 weeks to COMMIT TO GET FIT… OR £100 for 10 classes and get a class FREE

Pre booking ensures your place on the class and you will see results, gain knowledge and TURN UP to each session and give it your best – DROP IN – you may also text on the day to see if there is space and just turn up and pay £7/£10 for that session, but if there is no space on the indoor classes i’m afraid you may be turned away
