Becki has been in the fitness industry for 12 years, starting off as a lifeguard, progressing and gaining new qualifications to become a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor.
She really enjoys instructing a variety of fitness classes seeing the participants have fun whilst working hard. Personal Training gives you the opportunity to get to know the individual and help your client reach their personal goals, whether it be to lose weight, improve fitness or build strength, it should all be rewarding and fun.
